We are thrilled to welcome you to the MAS family.  Click here for the Film Workshop.  If you purchased the $40 for $80 option you can choose from the following classes:  Acting 1, Improv 1, Kids Acting 1, or Teens Acting 1.  Look under Classes for more information.  Your Groupon can be used for the Fall Semester starting in September or for the Winter Semester starting mid-January.  We look forward to seeing you at the studio!

Voice & Movement for the Actor

 

***This class is NOT about singing or dancing****

 

It is not only singers and dancers who have to learn the art and craft of the human voice and body.  Actors, teachers, public speakers, or anyone who has to use their voice and movements to communicate an idea or an intention has to learn to master the skill of effective use of their voice and body.

Free yourself physically and vocally, and you can unlock a character in a whole new way. Director/Instructor Barton Bund leads the class in fun and challenging exercises designed to unlock your physical and vocal creativity. Strength and flexibility training, pantomime, and more. Connect emotionally to your character through voice and movement.  An essential class for all actors. Your body is your instrument. Own it.
